You are looking at a beautiful 18th century silver crown for a large Virgin or Saint. This silver crown is from the Andean Highlands is dated from the 18th century. The crown posts are riveted into the base as is the style of that period. This crown measures 3 ¾” high to tip of cross, 2 ¾” wide at widest and 1 ½”+ bottom opening. Weight is 33 grams of silver and has horizontal bar with hole for mounting.
